Eric Clapton ha annunciato due concerti in tributo al grande Jeff Beck. Slowhand, con un comunicato affidato ai propri canali social, ha comunicato che i prossimi 22 e 23 maggio alla Royal Albert Hall di Londra si terrà la celebrazione della carriera del leggendario chitarrista scomparso lo scorso 10 gennaio all'età di 78 anni. 

La line-up sarà di altissimo profilo come svelato dallo stesso Clapton che ha anticipato alcuni dei nomi che saliranno sul palco per onorare la memori di Jeff Beck: tra i nomi non mancheranno Johnny Depp, Rod Stewart, Joss Stone, Gary Clark Jr. oltre ovviamente Slowhand e ai membri della band di Jeff Beck.

L'intero ricavato dalle serate sarà devoluto in beneficenza alla Folly Wildlife Rescue di Tunbridge Wells, nel Kent. I biglietti biglietti per gli spettacoli saranno in vendita da mercoledì 15 marzo.
