Paul McCartney è tornato, e l'ha fatto in grande stile. Basta solo pensare che a 82 anni è riuscito a suonare ben 37 brani, oltre ai 14 eseguiti durante le prove. 

Lo scorso 1° ottobre il grande Paul McCartney ha suonato all'Estadio Centenario di Montevideo, davanti a 60.000 persone, per il Got Back Tour. Sir Macca ha iniziato lo show con un soundcheck di 14 canzoni per i possessori dei biglietti VIP, prima di eseguire un set di 37 canzoni ricco di classici dei Beatles e dei Wings.

Tra i brani dei Beatles scelti per la scaletta delle quasi tre ore di concerto c'erano "A Hard Day's Night", "She's A Woman", "Got To Get You Into My Life", "Lady Madonna", "Hey Jude", il classico di George Harrison "Something" e la sezione finale del medley del secondo lato di Abbey Road, "Golden Slumbers", "Carry That Weight" e "The End". McCartney ha anche eseguito a sorpresa per la prima volta dal vivo "Now And Then", la demo di John Lennon che è stata trasformata in una "nuova" canzone dei Beatles l'anno scorso.
